  • Magnetostratigraphic dating of sedimentary successions applied to basin analysis, biochronological calibration, paleoenvironmental evolution.
  • Paleomagnetism applied to the study of orogenic belts and plate tectonics.
  • Archaeomagnetic dating of archaeological remains.
  • I’ve carried out studies in the Pyrenees, Betic chain, Ebro, Duero and Tajo basins, Canary Islands, Zagros thrust and fold belt and Antarctica.
