Modelización 2D y 3D con campos potenciales de la estructura cortical y litosférica terrestre, con especial atención a los márgenes continentales y orógenos de colisión. Estudio detallado de la estructura y propiedades de la corteza superior en 2D y 3D, incluyendo la caracterización petrofísica del basamento y la distribución de las propiedades físicas de la cobertera sedimentaria, mediante diversas técnicas de interpretación (e. j. deconvolución de Euler, mapas de gradientes, estudio de alineaciones, etc.) y modelación de anomalías gravimétricas y magnéticas, integrando toda la información geológica y geofísica disponible (sísmica de reflexión y refracción, sondeos mecánicos, etc.).
2D and 3D potential field modelling of the crustal and lithospheris structure of the Earth with special focus on the continental margins and collissional orogens. High resolution studies of the structure and physical properties of the upper crust in 2D and 3D, including the petrophysical characterization of the basement and the distribution of the physical properties on the sedimentary cover using several interpretation techniques (e. g. Euler deconvolution, gradient maps, lineament maps, etc.) and join gravity and magnetic modelling with the constraints of the available geological and geophysical information (refraction and reflection seismics, drillholes, etc.).
